You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the Site.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.  Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.

If you received our jewelry as a gift, the merchandise may be exchanged for a different item or online credit.

All returns must be sent within 14 days after receipt of merchandise.  You must contact us at info@fioriajewelry.com

 to receive a Return Authorization Number BEFORE shipping it back to us.  No exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier and retain your receipt.  Fioria Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note that merchandise purchased in “Specials” may not be returned unless defective. Please note that we do not refund shipping/handling charges. Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel any Fioria Jewelry order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. 

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on MY ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS, please email info@fioriajewelry.com to determine order status; to cancel it, please have your order number ready.
